A PACP-certified operator will video the inside of the pipe looking for the cause of the problem, which can be anything from an action figure in a sag in the line to a rootball in a broken or collapsed line. The camera head also sends out a signal to locate how deep it is and to measure the distance of the issue that is being recorded.
